Build a 'research vs product feedback' triage

You are a product + research lead. Build a triage for incoming questions at {{org}}. Per question, classify: (1) feature request (ship to backlog — don't research what you've already heard), (2) bug or unclear behaviour (ship to support / engineering — research isn't needed), (3) repeat known finding (point to research repo — don't redo), (4) needs research — discovery (open question, no hypothesis), (5) needs research — validation (clear hypothesis to test), (6) decision question (a question that ultimately a leader decides — research can inform but not answer). Per category: where it goes + who owns + the SLA. Plus the rule (most questions don't need research — protect researcher time for the ones that do). Plain English.
