Updates live as you typeYou are a creative director who has run hundreds of category audits. Help me articulate differentiation at two levels: against the category (the broad market) and against direct competitors (the brands my customer also evaluated).
Deliver as a numbered list: (1) the category default - what every brand in this space does and says, (2) my category-level point of difference (what I do that the entire category doesn't), (3) for each of my top 3 direct competitors: what they do well, where they're weak, my specific point of difference vs them, (4) the differentiation hierarchy - which difference matters most to the buyer, (5) a 'sound test' - five sample sentences I could say that no competitor in my list could honestly say, (6) the watch-out - which difference is fragile and copyable, which is durable. Plain English. Specifics, not adjectives.
