Extract every decision made in a Teams meeting

I was in a Teams meeting where a lot was discussed and I want a clean list of just the decisions, separate from the noise.

In Teams, open the meeting recap and click Copilot.

The kind of decisions I most care about (scope / budget / hire / vendor): {{decision_types}}
How much context I want per decision: {{detail}}
Anything I am explicitly NOT counting as a decision (a "let's think about it"): {{not_decision}}

Ask Copilot:

Read the full transcript. Produce a "Decisions register" with:

Only include items that meet the threshold for a decision (someone with authority chose a path AND others did not object). Hedged statements, "let's explore", "I think we should consider" do not count and go in a separate "Discussed, not decided" list.

After the register:
- A one-paragraph summary of the overall direction taken.
- A flag list: any decision that may need re-confirmation in writing (verbal-only commitments to spend money or hire).
