- **Day-0 thanks (same day as job complete):** SMS, 1-2 sentences. Genuine thanks, reference something specific from the job. NO review ask yet.
- **Day-3 review request:** SMS or short email. Reference what we did, ask for the review with a direct link, give them an out ('if anything wasn't perfect, tell me first — I'd rather fix it than read it on Google')
- **Day-14 gentle re-ask:** ONLY if no review yet AND customer mood was 'happy'. Single SMS, casual: 'no pressure, but if you've got 2 min — link here'. ONE re-ask only, never two.

If customer mood is 'hard to tell' or 'fine' — kill the Day-3 ask. Better no review than a 3-star review.
