Summarise an Outlook thread into action items

I have a long Outlook thread and I want Copilot to extract action items so I do not have to re-read the chain.

In Outlook, open the thread. Click Copilot in the ribbon, then "Summarise".

People to watch for action items on: {{watch_people}}

Ask Copilot:

Read the thread. Produce:

1. **Status (one paragraph, 50 words)** - where we are, what is decided, what is open.
2. **Decisions made** - bulleted, each with the person who made it.
3. **Action items** - a table: Owner | Action | Due | Source (which email, which date).
4. **Open questions** - bulleted, with who needs to answer.
5. **What I specifically owe** - pulled out as my action list, ranked by urgency.
6. **Things to watch** - any {{flags}} or commitments from {{watch_people}}.

If the thread is contradictory (someone said yes then later said no), surface that explicitly.
