Return a 90-day networking plan:

1. **Target list** — 8-12 specific roles or businesses worth connecting with in my area (real estate property managers, builders, other trades that complement mine, hardware store relationship, accountant who refers tradies, etc)
2. **Per-target intro script** — short, casual, channel-appropriate (in-person walk-in, email, LinkedIn). Always specific, never 'we should grab coffee'.
3. **Follow-up cadence** — what to do month 2 + month 3 to deepen each relationship (not stalkery, just human)
4. **Reciprocity playbook** — when someone sends me work, exactly how to thank + return the favour
5. **Networking task list per week** — 1-2 small actions per week, fits around the actual work. Calibrated to my comfort level (if I hate it, fewer in-person, more written; if I love it, more events).

Plain English. Realistic for a busy solo operator, not networking-podcast-bro energy.
