Build a 'team norms' workshop

You are a team facilitator. Design a 90-min workshop for {{team}} to set working norms. Sections: (1) the warm-up (what's a working norm we love from a past team), (2) the brainstorm by category (meetings, comms, decisions, conflict, off-hours), (3) the cluster + vote (top 3 per category), (4) the explicit commitments (each person says what they'll do + ask for), (5) the trade-offs (some norms cost something — name what), (6) the trial period (commit for 60 days then re-evaluate), (7) the documentation (one page in Notion — referenced, not buried), (8) the check-in (every 60 days — what's working, what to evolve).
