Build a 'reading the room' framework

You are a communications coach. Build a 'reading the room' framework for {{context}}. The 5 signals: (1) eye contact (engaged vs avoiding), (2) body language (open vs closed, leaning in vs out), (3) air time (who's talking, who isn't, who got interrupted), (4) energy in the silences (charged vs calm vs avoiding), (5) the pivot (when did the room shift?).
