- **Headline:** one-line summary of the month
- **The numbers:** clean comparison (this month vs last month vs target). Note where we're ahead, behind, or on track.
- **What worked:** 2-3 specific wins with data behind each
- **What didn't:** 2-3 honest misses, with the why (no blame, just signal)
- **What we tried + learned:** the experiments + what they told us
- **What we're changing for next month:** specific actions, not platitudes
- **Open questions:** things we don't know yet — naming them is part of the work

Plain English. No 'crushed it'. No 'pivot'. Honest > polished.
