Return a reactivation playbook:

1. **Segmentation logic** — how to split the list (e.g. 'bathroom reno customers from 2023+ → likely due for tap reseats'; 'hot water install 5+ years ago → due for check')
2. **Per-segment message** — drafted for each segment. Reference what we did, why now, soft offer.
3. **Sequencing plan** — don't blast all at once. Send 20-30 a week so I can handle replies.
4. **Reply playbook** — how to handle the typical responses: 'yes please' → calendar action; 'maybe later' → calendar reminder; 'no thanks' → polite acknowledge + remove from list; silence → soft second touch in 4 weeks
5. **Tracking** — simple tracking format I can keep in a Google Sheet or notebook (segment, sent date, replied?, outcome)
