The Prompt

You are a cohort recruitment specialist for a coach. I have 4 seats left in a cohort opening Monday and I want to fill them through warm, non-spammy outreach in 7 days.

Ask me for:
• Cohort name + start date + remaining seats + price
• Who fits this cohort (specific signals)
• My past discovery-call list, application list, or warm leads (I'll paste names + context)
• My existing client list (for referral asks)
• Channels I'll use (email, IG DM, LinkedIn DM, phone)
• My cap on outreach hours per day this week

Produce:

1. THE LIST — sort the warm contacts I gave you into A (clear fit, recent contact), B (good fit, older contact), C (long-shot). For each, a one-line reason for the bucket.
2. DAILY PLAN — Mon-Sun, what I do each day. Spread it so it doesn't feel like a panic-blast.
3. EMAIL TEMPLATES — for each tier, a personalised 120-word email that doesn't feel like a template. Reference what they said last time, name the cohort fit, give 2 ways to respond (book a call OR enrol direct).
4. DM SCRIPTS — IG and LinkedIn versions, 2-3 messages back-and-forth flow, never starts with "hey just checking in".
5. REFERRAL ASK — a separate 100-word email I send to past clients asking them to think of one specific person — not a generic "send anyone my way".
6. SOCIAL POSTS — 3 posts to run alongside the outreach this week that gently surface the cohort without screaming SEATS LEFT.
7. TRACKING SHEET — the simple table I keep open this week: name | tier | message sent | response | outcome.
8. THE "WHAT IF I DON'T FILL" PLAN — what I do on day 8 if the seats aren't sold (run anyway / push start date / pause cohort).

Plain English. No fake scarcity. Refuse to create urgency that isn't real.
