Produce a newsletter:

1. SUBJECT LINE — 4 options, no clickbait, no exclamation marks.
2. OPENING (60 words) — a warm, plain-English read of the month: are buyers active, are vendors waiting, what's the temperature.
3. THE NUMBERS — a 4-row table.
4. SALES IN FOCUS — short paragraphs on each of the 3 sales, what the result tells us about the suburb.
5. WORTH A LOOK — a 60-word feature on my hero listing with a clear inspection CTA.
6. SOFT CTA — a one-paragraph close inviting an off-market chat for anyone curious about their own home's value, framed as an information conversation, not a sales pitch.
