I have an Outlook inbox full of unread email and I want Copilot to sort it into piles so I know what to action first.

In Outlook, open Copilot in the side panel.

Window to scan: {{window}}
My role: {{role}}
Senders that are always P1 (no matter what): {{always_p1}}
Senders or labels to deprioritise (newsletters, alerts): {{deprioritise}}
The next time I will get to email after this triage: {{next_session}}

Ask Copilot:

Scan my unread {{window}} and assign each email to one of these piles:

- **P1 (do today)** - money, blocked person, regulator, today-deadline.
- **P2 (this week)** - important but not blocking.
- **P3 (read-later)** - informational, FYI.
- **Auto-handle** - newsletters and alerts I can archive without reading.
- **Likely junk** - looks like spam or low-value outreach.

For each pile, output a list with: Sender | One-line subject | Why it is in this pile (max 8 words).

Then: a 3-line "next 20 minutes" plan based on {{next_session}}. Which P1s I should handle now and what I should write to each.

Always honour the {{always_p1}} list. AU English.
