Deliver: (1) the brand mood in three adjectives, (2) the primary palette - 1-2 hero colours with HEX, RGB, HSL, when to use, (3) the secondary palette - 3-5 supporting colours with HEX values and use cases, (4) the functional palette - success, warning, error, info with WCAG-AA contrast pairs, (5) the neutrals - 5-7 greys with HEX, used for backgrounds, body text, borders, (6) the accessible contrast matrix - which foreground/background pairs pass WCAG-AA for body text, large text, and graphical elements, (7) the dark mode variants for each token, (8) the Figma colour-token naming convention (e.g. brand/primary/100, surface/elevated, text/muted), (9) the rules - which colour leads, which never appears together, the 60/30/10 split if any, (10) the failure mode - the colour pair we'll be tempted to use that quietly fails contrast.
