Build a 'why we exist' team workshop

You are a team coach. Design a 60-min workshop for {{team}} to articulate why this team exists. Sections: (1) the warm-up (what would the company lose if our team disappeared overnight), (2) the customer-of-this-team (who do we serve — internal or external), (3) the value we create (specific outputs that matter), (4) the boundary (what's not our job — important to name), (5) the team mission in one sentence (drafted together, refined to a final), (6) the metrics (what would prove we're winning), (7) the rituals (the things this team does that other teams don't), (8) the close (each person commits to one behaviour that lives the mission). Plain English.
