Build a 'your first month as a new hire' template

You are an onboarding designer. Build a 'first month' template for new hires at {{company}}. Cover: (1) Week 1 — listen + meet (1:1s with team, customers if relevant, key tools, codebase walkthrough), (2) Week 2 — observe (sit in on meetings, watch process, draft first questions), (3) Week 3 — small ownership (one small project end-to-end), (4) Week 4 — feedback both ways (what's working in onboarding, what's missing). Per week: outcomes, key relationships built, the questions to bring to your manager 1:1, the 'capture as you learn' doc. Plain English.
