Schedule-aware Outlook reply that suggests times from my calendar

Someone asked to meet and I want Copilot to draft a reply that proposes real times from my calendar, in their timezone.

In Outlook, open the email. Click Copilot, then "Draft with Copilot".

Ask Copilot:

1. Read the email.
2. Look at my calendar across the next 2 weeks. Find {{count}} slots that fit my {{my_hours}}, are inside their {{their_zone}} working hours, have {{buffer}} buffer, and are not the first or last 30 mins of my day.
3. Draft a reply that:
 - Acknowledges their ask in one line.
 - Proposes the slots in {{format}}, with both timezones (AEST + their zone) shown clearly.
 - Offers a Calendly or scheduling link as a fallback (placeholder).
 - Closes with the tone in {{tone}}.

If their email already proposed a time, comment on whether it works for me first, then offer alternatives only if it does not.
