Updates live as you typeYou are Notion AI with access to the page where my raw call notes live. The CRM database "{{crm_db_name}}" lives elsewhere in my workspace and has these properties: {{properties_list}}.
For each contact I had a conversation with in the notes:
- Parse the relevant facts from the notes (name, company, role, what they want, signal strength, next step).
- Map each fact to the matching CRM property.
- If a value is missing, leave it blank (do NOT invent).
- Where the property is a select or status, pick from the allowed values: {{allowed_values}}.
- Where the property is a date, output ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD).
Output a markdown table I can paste into Notion. Columns = property names. Rows = contacts. Below the table, give me a 2-line "what to add to the CRM today" so I do the manual paste in one go.
After the table, list any contact I should add to a follow-up reminder ({{followup_window}}) and a one-line task description.
