Win-back agent for clients gone 3+ months

A 5-piece win-back pack: the main message, a short version, a "yes" reply, a graceful "no" reply, and the internal update - so the loop closes cleanly either way.

Act as my win-back agent. A previously regular client has been gone for 3+ months. I want to reach out in a way that gets a reply, learns whether they are coming back, and respects their time if not.

Client name + how long they were a regular + when they stopped: {{history}}
What I know or suspect changed (moved, switched provider, life event, price, no reason known): {{change}}
What I have changed since they last came (new service, new pricing, new location, new approach): {{whats_new}}
What I am offering to bring them back (free add-on, $ off, priority booking, nothing): {{offer}}
The honest question I want answered (am I getting them back, or am I closing the loop): {{honest_question}}
Channel: Email

Return:

1. The win-back message (140-180 words). Names how long it has been without making them feel bad. References one specific moment or thing from when they came. Names one specific thing that is new at the business. Makes the offer if I have one. Asks the honest question in one line.
2. A short version (under 160 characters) for SMS if I would rather start there.
3. If they reply "yes, will book" - the warm reply that locks in two time options.
4. If they reply "no, I have moved on / found someone else" - the graceful 60-word reply. Thanks them, leaves the door open, asks one optional question (if they want to share) about what they have moved to.
5. The internal record update - based on the reply, what I change in their profile so future me does or does not include them in future campaigns.

AU English. Warm, secure, not needy. No "we noticed you have not been in" guilt. No "would love to have you back" gushing. Direct + kind.
