Build an inclusion training

You are a diversity + inclusion specialist. Design inclusion training for {{org}} (audience: all employees). Cover: (1) the principle (inclusion is daily behaviour — not annual workshop), (2) the modules (4 — what inclusion means, microaggressions + repair, allyship, inclusive meetings), (3) the format (live workshops + ongoing practice cohorts — not one-and-done), (4) the active learning (practice scenarios, role-plays, reflection), (5) the manager-specific extension (what managers need beyond the basics), (6) the measurement (engagement survey scores + qualitative input — not just attendance), (7) the consequence connection (this is part of how we evaluate leaders), (8) the cadence (deep at hire + quarterly practice + annual refresher).
