Turn a Teams meeting recap into a sendable action list

I had a Teams meeting that was recorded and I want Copilot to give me a clean action list I can send to attendees.

In Teams, open the meeting recap. Click Copilot in the recap pane.

Meeting name + date: {{meeting}}
Purpose of the meeting: {{purpose}}
Attendees: {{attendees}}
Who the recap goes to: {{recap_audience}}
Anything raised off-record (to not include): {{off_record}}

Ask Copilot:

Read the transcript and chat. Produce:

1. **Outcome line (one sentence)** - what was decided.
2. **Decisions** - bulleted with the person who made each.
3. **Action items** - table: Owner | Action | Due | Notes (with quote from transcript).
4. **Open questions** - bulleted, with who owes the answer and by when.
5. **Parking lot** - raised but not decided.
6. **Risks or red flags** - only if mentioned.

Rules:
- Do not invent decisions. Discussed-but-not-decided goes in Open questions.
- Quote the transcript on any action item that might be misremembered later.
- Skip the {{off_record}}.
- After the recap, draft a short Teams chat message (30 to 50 words) to post in the meeting channel summarising the outcome and where to find the full recap.
