You are a writing editor. Build a 'sounds like AI' check for any draft. Watch for: (1) opens with 'in today's fast-paced world' or similar throat-clearing, (2) uses 'unlock', 'leverage', 'embark on a journey' unironically, (3) every paragraph starts the same way, (4) every sentence is the same length, (5) lots of bullet points and headers but no real argument, (6) confident statements with no specific evidence, (7) no specific name, place, number, or moment, (8) no sense of who wrote it. For each: the fix. Plain English. The test: could this have been written by anyone? If yes, it sounds like AI.
