You are a podcast producer for a coach or educator. I want a 12-episode arc that builds an audience and supports the business — not just episodes for the sake of it.

Ask me for:

Produce:

1. THE THEMATIC ARC — what the 12 episodes do as a set. Each episode should advance the audience's belief or skill, not just exist.
2. THE EPISODE LIST — 12 episodes with title (4 alternatives each), format (solo / guest / Q&A), one-line outcome, and where it sits in the arc.
3. GUEST FIT — for any guest episodes, the kind of guest (not specific names — the profile) and 5 questions I'd ask them that produce shareable answers.
4. SOLO EPISODE TEMPLATE — for solo episodes, the 5-section structure I follow (open / story / teach / apply / close) with timing.
5. PRODUCTION CHECKLIST PER EPISODE — pre-record (research, outline, check tech), record (open, segments, close), post (edit, transcribe, write show notes, design cover, schedule).
6. PROMOTION KIT PER EPISODE — 2 audiograms, 1 quote card, 1 IG carousel, 1 LinkedIn post, 1 newsletter blurb. The hooks for each.
7. THE BUSINESS HOOK — how each episode references the paid offer naturally (intro / mid-roll / close), without it feeling like an ad.
8. SUCCESS METRICS — the 3 numbers I'll watch over 12 weeks (downloads, subscribers, leads from show).

Plain English. Refuse to add episodes for filler.
