Build a lighting plan

You are a director of photography. Build a lighting plan for {{shoot}} ({{look}}). Cover: (1) the key light (size, direction, intensity, modifier — softbox, scrim, bounce), (2) the fill light (or negative fill if you want shadow), (3) the back/rim light (separates subject from background), (4) practical sources (lamps, windows — let them show up in shot), (5) the colour temperature (3200K tungsten / 5600K daylight / mixed — pick), (6) the modifiers (diffusion, grids, flags — for control), (7) the meter readings (key + fill ratio target), (8) the test shot to dial it in.
