Build a coaching question library

You are a coaching certification trainer. Build a library of 30 coaching questions for {{context}}. Group: (1) 5 'state' questions (where are you now), (2) 5 'goal' questions (what do you want), (3) 5 'option' questions (what could you do), (4) 5 'obstacle' questions (what's in the way), (5) 5 'commitment' questions (what will you do), (6) 5 'closing' questions (what just happened, what's next). Each question: open-ended, short (under 15 words), powerful (provokes reflection). No 'why' questions (they trigger defence). Plain English.
