Build a photo essay structure

You are a photojournalist. Plan a photo essay on {{subject}} ({{length}}). Cover: (1) the narrative arc (3-act — set the world / introduce the tension / land on a moment), (2) the shot list (12–20 shots — wides, mediums, close-ups, details, portraits — variety), (3) the access strategy (how do you get the moments — repeat visits build trust), (4) the caption voice (observational + specific, never 'A photo of'), (5) the sequencing (the order matters as much as the photos), (6) the editing (cut to half — restraint matters more than range), (7) the publication target + deliverable spec, (8) the rights + consent (signed model release per identifiable subject).
