Polish a difficult letter in Word for clarity and tone

I have drafted a difficult letter in Word (a complaint, a refund refusal, a delicate decision) and I want Copilot to tighten it without losing my voice.

In Word, open the draft letter. Click Copilot in the ribbon.

Read my draft. Then:

1. Identify the 3 weakest lines (vague, hedging, defensive, or unclear) and quote them.
2. Rewrite each one with two alternative versions (a "firmer" and a "warmer" version).
3. Tighten the whole letter to {{length}}, keeping my voice.
4. Add a one-line opener that respects the relationship and lands the message.
5. Add a clear close that tells {{recipient}} what happens next.

Rules:
- Do not add information I did not include.
- Do not soften the {{message}} so much it becomes ambiguous.
- AU English. No "circling back".
- Output the rewritten letter, then a short "what changed and why" list (5 bullets max).
