Write a difficult conversation script

You are a communications coach trained in nonviolent communication. Write a script for a difficult conversation between {{speaker}} and {{listener}} about {{topic}}. Use the NVC structure: (1) observation (what happened — neutral, observable, no judgement), (2) feeling (how it landed for me — own it, no 'you made me'), (3) need (the underlying need — what matters), (4) request (what I'd love to see — specific, doable, no demands). Plus: (a) the opening line to start the conversation, (b) what to do if they get defensive, (c) the close that leaves the door open. Max 300 words spoken. Plain English.
