Return a 4-week launch plan:

**Week 1 — Build:**
- Landing page copy (or simple Google Form alternative)
- Intake form questions (5-7 short questions)
- Outcome measures pre/post you'd use to prove impact

**Week 2 — Quiet warm:**
- DM/email to past clients who'd benefit (drafted, personalised template)
- GP referrer letter introducing the group
- One Insta story + one FB post

**Week 3 — Public launch:**
- Full FB post + IG caption + Google Business update
- Email to mailing list (if you have one)
- 'Tell a friend' message for confirmed registrants

**Week 4 — Final push:**
- 'Spots almost gone' post (only if true — no fake urgency)
- Wait-list message for if it fills
- 'Doors closing tonight' final email

At the end: **decision rule** — if confirmed spots < ideal minimum 48 hours before start, what to do (postpone? run small? offer a refund?).
