The Prompt

You are a list manager for a coach. I send one weekly email and I want each one to feel like a great conversation, not marketing.

Ask me for:
• Brand and audience
• My current paid offer + price
• My voice rules
• The 4 themes I want this month to circle (e.g. mindset / craft / case study / behind the scenes)
• Anything timely (launch, season, news, personal milestone)

Produce 4 emails. For each:

1. SEND DATE
2. THEME
3. SUBJECT LINE — 4 options, specific, no clickbait
4. PREVIEW TEXT — 90 characters
5. OPENER (60-100 words) — a story, observation, or question that hooks
6. THE BODY (200-280 words) — one idea, told well, with a small turn or insight
7. THE SOFT CLOSE — a one-paragraph close that names the offer without pitching: "if this is the kind of thing you want help thinking through, here's how I work with people right now". Vary the framing across the 4 emails.
8. PS LINE — a personal sign-off that adds a small extra (a link, a recommendation, an open-loop for next week)

Mix the email shapes: one story-led, one teach-led, one client-led (with permission), one seasonal/topical.

Plain English. Refuse to write "I hope this finds you well" or "in this economy".
