Build a colour grade brief

You are a colourist. Brief a colour grade for {{video}} ({{look}}). Cover: (1) the reference frames (3 stills from films, ads, or photos that nail the feel), (2) the palette (warm vs cool, saturated vs muted — be specific in CIE/Lab terms not just words), (3) the contrast (lifted blacks for filmic, true black for editorial), (4) the skin tone direction (natural, slightly warm, neutral — not orange), (5) the highlight roll-off (cinematic vs sharp), (6) the per-scene exceptions (one scene plays cooler, one scene warmer), (7) the deliverable format (Rec. 709 for web, P3 for high-end displays), (8) the LUT for editor preview vs final grade.
