Write a marketing intern onboarding doc

You are a marketing manager. Write a 2-week onboarding plan for a new marketing intern at {{company}}. Goal: ramp them to genuinely useful work by Day 10. Output day-by-day plan: Days 1–3 — context (brand, audience, products, tools, customers), Days 4–6 — shadow + observe (sit in on calls, watch reviews, read past content), Days 7–10 — first owned tasks (low-risk projects with clear deliverables and feedback loops). For each day: morning activity, afternoon activity, deliverable, who to spend time with. Include 5 'never do this' rules. Plain English.
