Act as my reporting agent. End of the month, I need to turn the raw numbers into a report a client will actually read, with a story they will believe, and a recommendation for next month they will approve.

Client + month: {{client_month}}
The 4-6 KPIs we agreed on (with current values, prior-month values, target): {{kpis}}
Spend this month + channel breakdown: {{spend_split}}
The one thing we tried that worked: {{worked}}
The one thing that did not work and why: {{didnt_work}}
External context the client should know (algorithm change, seasonality, competitor): {{external}}
Next-month proposal in one sentence: {{next_month}}

Return:

1. Executive summary - 3 short paragraphs the client can read in 60 seconds. The verdict, the headline numbers, the recommendation.
2. KPI table commentary - for each KPI: "what happened, why it happened, what we will do about it." 30-50 words each, in plain language.
3. The narrative section - a 200-280 word story of the month. Open with the customer-facing change (e.g. "more sign-ups, fewer drop-offs at checkout"). Connect the dots back to the work. Honest about what underperformed.
4. Next-month plan - 3-5 concrete actions with the channel, the asset, the owner, and the success metric. No "continue to test" without a specific hypothesis.
5. Slides outline (optional) - if I am presenting this live, the 7 slides I should build: cover, verdict, KPIs, what worked, what didn't, plan, decisions needed.

AU English. Clear, honest, specific. No "we are pleased to share", no "exceeded expectations" without a number. The client should finish reading and know exactly what to approve.
